We host numerous wedding celebrations throughout the year, and can help design a wedding that is uniquely yours. We can give you suggestions based on 17 years of experience and are happy to recommend trusted photographers, florists and other vendors.
Our weddings are about as 'plug & play' as you could possibly get. With all of our equipment, furniture & experience we will do the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your friends and family.
Making your wedding stress free is our top priority. We focus on the details so you and your guests can enjoy the experience.

Accommodations




Bodega Ridge
Our seven, 3 bedroom cabins can accommodate a maximum of 42 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed, all cabins have a full kitchen and bathroom.

Bodega Cove
Our cove cabins can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. We have three, 1 bedroom cabins and two, 2 bedroom cabins (all with a single bathroom)

When you book your wedding, we do require you to book all 7 Ridge cabins and all 5 Cove cabins
for a minimum 2 night stay and 3 night stay for long weekends and holidays.
We provide you with a grounds map that includes all of the cabins so you can determine who stays where and with whom.
Alternative Accommodations
Within a short drive (or walk) there are alternative sources of accommodation. It is possible to arrange for transportation to get guests staying elsewhere to and from Bodega safely on the wedding night. Please be sure to ask for our list of preferred local off-site accommodation.
Wedding Dates
We know it's not always easy to choose a wedding date. That is why we offer both weekend and weekday wedding dates. Giving you the option to choose a date that works the best for you.
Weekend wedding dates are from Friday to Sunday
Weekday wedding dates are from Tuesday to Thursday
Long weekends require a 3 night booking in all cabins.
Venue Pricing
A Bodega Ridge Wedding includes all resort amenities, resources, and staff at your disposal. Our 23 acres of rural countryside nestled at the quiet north end of Galiano Island is your private paradise. Please note that the venue fee does not include meals, beverages, and an 18% service fee* on all food & beverages. Please also note that guest accommodation is not included in our wedding pricing**.
At Bodega Ridge weddings are our focus and we are extremely well equipped for hosting your event. We own all our tables, chairs, wedding tent, and other equipment that most venues would have you rent, saving you a great deal of money, time, and coordination.
Our Wedding Rental Fee Includes

2 Outdoor entertaining options. The al fresco cocktail & drinks patio with stunning views and our 40’ by 50’ stretch tent (included from May 1 to Thanksgiving) as a stunning dining location.

Menu
Our chef creates menus based on the best local ingredients we have access to including a huge array of vegetables that are grown on Galiano Island, as well as fresh fish caught daily. We strive to work with the freshest ingredients allowing our menus to change with the growing seasons.

With respect to beverages we have a fully stocked bar, a sophisticated yet affordable wine list, 5 local craft beers and a Salt Spring Island Cider. If you have a favourite cocktail we can easily incorporate it into the evening or we can provide you a list of our own cocktails to select from.

Highballs start at $9, top shelf $18, cocktails start at $14, beer starts at $9 and wine starts at $38/bottle. We politely decline corkage.
The minimum bar spend over the wedding weekend is $6k plus taxes. This includes welcome night, ceremony sparkling toast, cocktail hour, reception meal and the evening event.
Please note that bar service must be hosted.

Start Planning
We always sell out in the peak-season, but our moderate climate works great for celebrations in the
off-season too. Mid-week weddings are another option. In all cases, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
